Earning Points
- You earn points every time you make a qualifying purchase on oneills.com.
- Points are added to your account once your order is confirmed.
- Some special promotions may offer bonus points on selected products or events.
Tip: Make sure you’re logged in to your account when you shop — points can’t be added after a guest checkout.
Your Discount LevelsAs your points total increases, you’ll move up through O’Neills+ levels. Each level gives you an automatic discount applied to your future online purchases.

Checking Your Points
You can view your current points balance and discount level at any time:
- Log into your account
- Go to My Account → O’Neills+
- You’ll see your points total, level, and the discount that applies to your next order
Points Validity
Points remain active for 12 months from the date they are earned.If you haven’t earned new points within that period, your balance may reset to zero.Points can’t be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used with certain other offers.
Common Questions
- Why didn’t I earn points on my order?
Make sure you were logged into your O’Neills account when placing your order. Points are not awarded for guest checkouts or non-qualifying items. - When does my discount apply?
Your discount is automatically applied at checkout once you’ve reached a qualifying level. You’ll see the reduced price before completing your order. - Can I use my discount in-store?
At present, O’Neills+ discounts apply to online purchases only. - Do points expire?
Yes — points expire after 12 months if no new qualifying purchase is made.
