Our priority is to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Every order must be picked, produced where required, quality checked and packed before it leaves our dispatch centre.
Dispatch is the time it takes us to prepare your order and hand it over to the courier. It is separate from the time the courier takes to deliver your parcel.
Standard Products – 1–5 Working Days
Standard products are normally dispatched within 1–5 working days.
Standard products may include:
- Non-personalised GAA County jerseys and county wear
- Leisurewear
- Footwear
- Accessories
- Sports equipment
The 1–5 working-day timeframe is for dispatch only. Courier delivery time is additional.
Personalised, Customised & Made-to-Order Products
Please allow an additional 2–5 working days on top of our standard 1–5 working-day dispatch timeframe for products requiring additional production or customisation.
This includes:
- Club products
- Education and school products
- Organisation products
- Specialist featured or limited-edition jerseys
- Products personalised with a name, number or initials
- Products requiring a printed or embroidered crest or logo
- Products manufactured specifically to order
Many of these products are not held as completed, ready-made stock and enter production after your order has been placed.
Orders Containing Different Product Types
If your order contains products with different dispatch timeframes, your full order will normally be dispatched together once all items are ready.
For example, if you order a standard product together with a personalised product, the additional production timeframe for the personalised item may apply to the complete order.
When Does the Dispatch Timeframe Start?
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.
The first working day is the next working day after your order is placed.
For example:
- Order placed Monday → first working day is Tuesday
- Order placed Friday → first working day is Monday
- Order placed Saturday or Sunday → first working day is Monday
Public and bank holidays are not counted as working days.
The Website Says My Product Is Available
Product availability on our website means that the product is either:
- Currently available from stock; or
- Available for us to manufacture or customise after you order.
Availability does not necessarily mean that a completed garment is sitting in stock ready for immediate dispatch.
All products remain subject to the applicable dispatch timeframe.
Dispatch Is Not Delivery
A dispatch timeframe of 1–5 working days does not mean your parcel will be delivered within 1–5 working days.
Once your order leaves us, it is passed to the courier and the applicable delivery timeframe begins.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information where tracking is available.
