How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Standard orders are dispatched within 5 business days.
Club or Education products may take an additional 2–5 business days for production.
The first working day of your order begins on the first full business day after the order is placed.
How long will delivery take after dispatch?
Delivery times depend on the courier and destination.
Most orders within the UK & Ireland arrive within a few business days.
International delivery times vary — please check the courier tracking link provided in your dispatch email for updates.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You’ll receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress. Updates will also come directly from the courier (by email/SMS).
What if I’m not at home when delivery is attempted?
If you won’t be available at the expected delivery time, please notify the courier or use their delivery options (e.g. reschedule, redirect, safe place, ServicePoint). Otherwise, the courier may leave your parcel in a place they consider safe.

Will I need to pay import taxes or duties?
Yes, for international orders:
Duties, VAT/GST, and fees are determined by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DHL will usually contact you with payment instructions before your parcel is delivered.
What should I do if my parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged?

Notify us within 10 business days of dispatch.
Provide photos of the parcel before opening.
Keep all original packaging until resolved.
Who is responsible once my parcel is delivered?
Once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If the courier did not follow your delivery instructions, contact us within 2 business days with evidence so we can investigate.
