1. I have received the wrong product or garment.
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact O'Neills Customer Service and we will do everything we can to help. Please quote your order number in your email or on the phone.
2. I want to cancel an order I just placed online.
We may be able to cancel orders before processing. Please email O’Neills Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel your order.
3. Do you do back orders?
Yes. We do back orders on most products. If an item is out of stock O’Neills Customer Service will notify you as soon as possible, and ask if you would like a replacement item or for your order to be placed on back order.
4. I ordered the incorrect size.
If your order has not been dispatched, we can make the required changes. If your order has been dispatched, once you receive it, you can contact us to arrange an exchange. Please note, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on: all jerseys personalised with a name, number, long sleeves, player fit, or between sizes 3XL - 7XL, half / half jerseys and any personalised or made to order goods NB: this includes all club shop items.
5. I can’t add any items to my basket.
If you have tried to add something to your basket but it is still empty, you may not have 'cookies' enabled on your computer. You should enable cookies. If you are still having problems please contact Customer Service.
6. Why are certain items show as unavailable?
Currently not all products are available for delivery to every country. Products you have added to your shopping bag or saved items in one country therefore may not be available to purchase due to trademark legislation.
