If you wish to return any items you have ordered on our online store, we ask that you return the items within 28 days of receiving your order. We endeavour to refund or indeed dispatch replacement items within 14 days of receiving your return.
Please keep in mind, unless the product you have received is faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following items.
- All Club and Education Products with embroidered/printed crests as these products are customised specifically for your organisation.
- Jerseys that are personalised with a name and/or number.
- Jerseys between sizes 5XL – 7XL as these are made to order.
- Our half and half personalised jerseys as these are made to order.
- Any products that have been personalised with initials.
- We cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the original packaging or hygiene seal has been removed.
How to Return your item:
Step 1: Please ensure that you are making the return within 28 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: We kindly ask that you return the items in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition with all the tags attached and within its original packaging.
Step 3: Print out and complete this Returns Form and secure it within your returns parcel.
Step 4: Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged.
